Kim Cavill has been a sex educator and teen pregnancy prevention specialist for many years and currently has her own sexual health resource website and blog called Tea and Intimacy d She speaks with Braxton about 4 issues that affect teen pregnancy rates, some of the reasons the rates are going down and what issues are rising even with decreased pregnancy rates.
